A New Assault Rifle Replaces the Red-Eye
Adding a new shooter to Fortnite’s battle royale loot pool at the start of Season 3 is the MK Alpha Assault Rifle, joining the other new weapons added in the past few weeks. Due to its high damage output and its red dot scope that allows players to nail precision shots from distances, it has already become popular among Fortnite players. Fortnite MK Alpha Assault Rifle Location
If you’re looking for the MK Alpha Assault Rifle, it usually spawns on the ground as loot at lower rarities. You can also find it in chests, fish, or unlock it with specific keys to holo chests. However, the most recent boss of Wildguard Relik always carries it, so it is not possible to guarantee the MK Alpha at the time of writing.
The Wildguard Relik spawns in the jungle biome spanning from Rumble Ruins to Shady Stilts. Although this Fortnite boss can appear anywhere in the jungle, players have reported finding it to be easier to find there.
You should keep an eye on Wildguard Relik’s position and use the Kinetic Boomerang to track them. Wildguard Relik uses Cloak Gauntlets to become almost invisible. When defeated, Wildguard Relik drops mythic versions of Cloak Gauntlets and MK Alpha Assault Rifle.
Using the Fortnite MK Alpha Assault Rifle
A new Fortnite MK Alpha Assault Rifle replaces the Red-Eye Assault Rifle. Hip-firing is possible, but when you aim down the sights, a red dot scope will show you the target from your first-person perspective.
Although you can target targets farther away and hit headshots more easily, you may not notice other threats if you lose your wider view of the action. MK Alpha rifle or a much smaller area of concentrated fire depends on your personal preference.
