Four new Fortnite weapons will be available with the launch of Chapter 4 Season 3, including a boomerang weapon and a Transformers-themed Mythic cannon. Besides getting these new weapons, you’ll also be able to battle other players on the updated Fortnite Season 3 map, and you’ll be able to jump through the jungle canopy – keep an eye out for Wildwasps. From the updated DMR with a thermal optic to the powerful Cybertron Cannon, Fortnite Season 3 has four new weapons. While you’re cutting your way through the new jungle in the Fortnite map, you can also collect a new grenade jar – the Wildwasp Jar – which releases an angry swarm of Wildwasps. This Thermal DMR replaces the now vaulted DMR, and is (unsurprisingly) a lot like the DMR with a thermal scope. You can toggle the thermal effect on and off if you just want to see normally with the weapon, and it’s a decent long-range rifle with a large magazine.<\/p>\n

There is something very satisfying about shooting at a moving target with this Lewis Gun-inspired machine gun. It has a high-capacity magazine and puts out bullets at a moderate rate, making it a great tool for mid-range fights.<\/p>\n

When you launch the Kinetic Boomerang, it will deal damage to anyone in its path, even on its way back. Alternatively, you can recall it yourself to cause a small explosion as it cuts through the air.<\/p>\n

Using the Cybertron Cannon, you can load up each shot in order to fire powerful, exploding blasts – great against players and Transformers as well as other rare weapons. However, the Cybertron Cannon is a colossal weapon, so it’s not something to use most often.<\/p>\n

There have only been a handful of weapons and items released with the Wilds update for Fortnite Season 3 so far, but one of the weapons that has been revealed is the Mythic Drum Shotgun.<\/p>\n
