Just like the other DLC characters, each Starting Weapon requires Max Stats through leveling up and to have a specific Max Passive Item Stat. In Keitha’s case, you need to level up the Starting Weapon to its eighth level, which is its maximum stat. The next step is to max out your Clover (Level 5) and Bracer (Level 5) passive items.<\/p>\n
Since the Flash Arrow fires at a slower rate than other Weapons with a wide damage output on the stage, this process can be challenging.
