Nintendo’s next Switch is likely to have a bigger<\/span> screen than the Switch’s seven-inch OLED. In the meantime, Pavlo Khmel made a 12.5-inch upgrade that’s still portable. Their original custom dock had some limitations when it came to supersizing the Switch’s screen. There are no speakers on the upgraded OLED Switch, and it only supports Joy-Con controllers.<\/p>\n

Version two uses a 12.5-inch full HD LCD display salvaged from a dead Dell XPS 12. Due to its docking arrangement, games play at 1080P on the 12.5-inch screen instead of just 720P when the Switch is in handheld mode. It supports third-party Joy-Con controllers that don’t have batteries, thanks to a big battery pack inside a 3D-printed body. You wouldn’t want to take it on your commute as a distraction.
