Injectors in Starfield: How to Get Them

Rather than dealing with bullet wounds and patching yourself up, players in Starfield may lose health faster due to ailments they pick up along the way. You don’t have to worry about a simple flesh wound in this game, since bandages are there to help you. You could end up with mutations due to radiation, or you could end up with a never-ending cough that could break your back at any moment. In order to solve these problems, there is no solution that can be provided by the Med Pack. This is the guide on where to find the Injector in Starfield.

The Injector is an extremely important Aid Item because it treats a variety of status effects, most commonly Lung Damage, that many players suffer from while out in the deep and unforgiving habitats of space. When you notice that your character is constantly coughing, it is a sign of gas inhalation. While Aid Items are generally used to replenish health, the Injector’s primary function is to negate the status effects you endure outside of Pioneer. Starfield Injector Location – Use and Craft Guide

A specific vendor can be found inside Jemison and Akila where you can purchase injectors. For crafting and purchasing the Injector, you will need to visit these planets. To prevent damage from setting in, favorite Injectors to your Item Wheel for easy access.

In New Atlantis, Jemison, you can find Vendors Talia O’Shea inside The Well and Dr. Alexei Lebedev inside Residential District, and Mary Cartwrite inside The Rock of Akila City, Akila. Medical Bays/Centers house these vendors and doctors. Doctors in particular have a limited stock of injectors, so while you can purchase them here, you won’t be able to take as many with you. This is why you should visit the Pharmaceutical Labs:

  • New Atlantis, Jemison.
  • Abandoned Muybridge Pharmaceutical Lab, Venus.
  • Doctor’s Office in Residential District, Jemison.

The Injector is a consumable Aid Item, so if you don’t take care or get injured or sick more often than you would like, you’ll need a few of these Aid Items on hand. An injector is needed for these ailments: Brain Injuries, Concussions, Heatstroke, Hernias, Hypothermia, Lung Damage, Poisoning, Radiation Poisoning.

Several Aid Items can be crafted in Pharmaceutical Labs, but the Injector requires x1 Membrane and x1 Metabolic Agent from the Lab Workbenches. Membrane and Metabolic Agent can be purchased from Amoli Bava (Jemison), James Newill (Neon), and Wen Tseng (Jemison).
