Adhesive and Sealant Locations in Starfield

Besides surveying each planet and researching every inch of its surface, you’ll need to craft the right bases, weaponry, and armor to aid you during battles. Whether it is to generate power, farm specific and rare resources, or provide a small but useful shelter, the primary purpose of a home is determined by its primary purpose. It doesn’t matter what you make, Adhesive and Sealant are materials most commonly used for upgrading weapons by modifying them and for assembling items for building purposes. Here is a guide to where you can find Adhesive and Sealant in Starfield if you need them.

Starfield Adhesive and Sealant Stores

As a crafting component, adhesive is used to modify weapons and improve your weaponry in Starfield. In contrast, Sealant is used to craft building parts for Outposts and Hubs. While both are classified as the same item, they have different properties depending on what you are using Adhesive for. Making weapon mods requires Adhesive, while building requires Sealant as part of its Build Requirements, and it is used to make Aid Items. When exploring or completing missions in Starfield, these items can actually be quite hard to come by when purchasing them. It is possible to loot Adhesive and Sealant like any other scrap or material, but you will not find many of them lying around.

Since this item is so scarce, you should visit the Vendors that can be found on planets such as Jemison, Mars, and Neon in order to purchase it. According to the level you are at in the game, you will probably have to perform Grav Jumps to get to these locations. The Vendors that store Adhesive and Sealant are: Amoli Bava and Jemison Mercantile in New Atlantis of Jemison, and UC Exchange in Cydonia of Mars. There is however one thing you should keep in mind, namely that Bava only has Adhesive in stock. Due to the low price of these, it might be best for you to purchase them in bulk whenever you have a chance. It should be noted that when you are using Adhesive or Sealant, you typically only need to create one of each resource for each build/upgrade.
