In Baldur’s Gate 3, How to Cure Pandirna

A locked cabin in the Grove can be found in Baldur’s Gate 3 with Pandirna sitting on the floor. Her paralysis appears to have been caused by a potion, but it isn’t entirely clear what the information means. It is possible to help Pandirna though, so here’s what you should do when you find her in Baldur’s Gate 3.

A guide to finding Pandirna in Baldur’s Gate 3

You can find Pandirna in a locked cabin at the back of the grove, quite close to where you found the imprisoned goblin. It is important to know that there is a guard nearby who will notice if you try to lockpick the door. You can, however, get around this issue by using Astarion’s Fog Cloud spell to blind them, so that you can then pick the door lock without being seen as you do so.

Inside, you’ll find Pandirna sitting on the floor with the following dialogue options:

If you select the option ‘I am just looking around’, she will shout for the guards, and if you attack her, the result will be similar. In order to avoid causing trouble, use whatever option in the character roll gives you the best chance of preventing her from causing trouble, and explain that she has taken a potion which has affected her legs in a negative way.

What is the best way to cure Pandirna in Baldur’s Gate 3?

Pandirna can be cured with Shadowheart’s Lesser Restoration spell in Baldur’s Gate 3 if you want to lift her paralysis. When you cast that spell, Pandirna will thank you, and she will say that you weren’t meant to be here, but she will turn a blind eye to you anyway. In any case, there isn’t much of value here anyway. However, if you are really interested in stealing anything from this place, you need to use Astarion’s Fog Cloud again to hide the chest Pandirna was sitting against as well as the Alchemist’s Cabinet directly across from it. Covering them both with fog makes it possible for you to open the chest in order to get the cabinet key and a few valuables, and you can then use the key to get some poisons from the cabinet. You can also take everything if you wait until after you have finished the Grove quest and the area is now empty, so that there is no one to stop you from taking it all.
