Where is the Orochium Shrine?

The Orochium Shrine can be found in the Hebra region near the first geoglyph in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. As you enter the shrine, proceed straight ahead and take note of the concave hollow on your right side. Within this hollow, there is a smaller central hollow where you need to place a yellow glowing ball. Doing so will open the grate, granting you access to the altar.

Facing straight ahead, use Ultrahand to open the doors in front of you, revealing a series of lasers. Ignore them for now and instead move around the left-hand side of the doors. Engage and defeat the construct located in this area, and then activate the Ascend ability while positioned beneath the overhanging platform above you.

After reaching the upper platform, ascend the ladder and crawl through the small gap at the top of the wall. This will lead you to another section that is initially blocked off by a gate. Make a right turn and jump down to confront the construct at the bottom of the descent. Proceed to open the doors in this lower area, where you will encounter even more lasers.

To safely bypass the lasers, crouch down and carefully navigate around them. Engage in combat with the enemies present in the chamber beyond the lasers. Within this chamber, you will notice a small metal ball confined behind bars. This is where the Orochium Shrine becomes perplexing: the door leading to the metal ball is locked. To proceed, you must backtrack to the red lasers you previously maneuvered through and intentionally run into them.

By doing so, you will activate the trap doors. However, there is no need to worry, as the drop is only short and will not lead to your demise. Make your way to the end of this underground chamber, retrieve the key from the chest, and then return to the location where you descended. Utilize the Ascend ability just before the laser traps, where the ceiling is slightly lower, to rise back up through the ground.
