Minecraft Legends’ Best PVP Base Build

A strong base is important when playing Minecraft Legends PvP. It’s important to strategize ahead to save up and use more common resources as your builder does not have unlimited resources.

Furthermore, you need to consider the base layout, tower arrangement, support/upgrade buildings placement, etc. PvP players in Minecraft Legends who know everything about these things are the best at PvP. Here are a few tips to help you become one of the best base builders in Minecraft Legends.

Minecraft Legends: How to Build the Best PvP Base?

When you are creating the blueprint for your base, you will need to place a couple of layers of defense. These layers are divided into three categories:

  • Walls
  • Defensive structures
  • Supportive structures

PvP Base Wall Building

Creating your base should begin with the wall layout. There should be a couple of levels of defense (Helm’s Deep style). Place your core in the center and surround it with stone walls (if you have the resources). This isn’t just an accident; we mean that you should surround that central area with a thick layer of two or three walls.

In addition, depending on how many resources you have, we recommend a small clearing between the core and its walls, as well as between those walls and the next wall layer. You can place defensive or supportive structures in this clearing between walls to boost your overall defensive strength.

Build wooden walls on the outside and stone walls on the inside to save resources. It is even possible to build wooden walls on the inside, but turn them into stone using Masonry.

Last but not least, don’t forget the gates. Gates will be necessary for you to move into and out of your base, but they are also weak spots that the enemy will exploit. Be careful not to make unnecessary gate entrances.

PvP Defense Building

Arrow towers and scatter towers are the two basic defense buildings that everyone will likely use. As a result, arrow towers cover a large area with single shots, while scatter towers cover a smaller area with multiple shots (like an arrow shogun). Most likely, you will use these towers as your primary weapon against the invading enemy due to their affordable price.

Arrange the arrow towers so that they cover the ground around your base’s walls. To welcome any invaders already inside your base, or threatening to do so, scatter arrow towers can be placed near gates and between levels of your defenses.

Ice traps and mob spawners should be placed inside your walls. If your base has been infiltrated, use the Mob spawners to get some boots on the ground along with your towers. Build ice traps near narrow passageways and right next to outer walls. Due to the fact that they freeze anyone near them, they can also freeze the enemy on the other side of the wall if they are leaning on the inner part of the wall as well. Since few players are aware of this trick, you can gain an awesome advantage in PvP.

Additionally, if you want, you can spend your valuable resources on stronger defensive structures. In the expensive tower department, the Protector Tower should be one of the first things you consider. Redstone Launchers, considered by some players to be the ultimate PvP weapon in Minecraft Legends, can only be defended by this tower.

Power towers are also more expensive, and they fall into three categories: knockback towers, slow towers, and stun towers. Try to place a few of these at vital points around your base so that you can deal damage and disable incoming enemies.

In PvP, Building Supporting Structures is Important

Without decent supporting structures, walls and towers would be nothing. Masonry and Carpenter Hut can be used to increase the durability of all of your buildings. Masonry turns all surrounding buildings into stone, while Carpenter Huts heal all those around them. As their radius is not large, place them strategically where you have the thickest walls or the most towers. The supporting structures can even be placed near those expensive stronger towers to avoid losing them.

However, if you want to boost the efficiency of your towers, you can craft one of these:

  • The Kaboomery is a weapon that can be used by Arrow Towers and Scatter Towers to fire explosives
  • The Spyglass Overlook increases the range of the Arrow Tower and Scatter Tower
  • The Battle Drum increases the speed of the Arrow Tower and Scatter Tower’s firing
  • The bonuses associated with these supporting structures are lost when they are destroyed.
