In the Tales of the Foscari DLC, the Flash Arrow is one of the 13 new weapons. Due to this, it is an exclusive item that can only be purchased with the DLC. With a price of $1.99, who could resist? The Flash Arrow belongs to Keitha, an Archer. Their Flash Arrow is their starting weapon, which should be leveled up as high as possible to begin the evolution process. The Tales of the Foscari DLC does not include Keitha by default, so players must unlock her. Keitha must be unlocked before players can use this Weapon.
Keitha can be unlocked through a simple process of following each unlockable character through a set of steps. In Keitha’s case, you need to level up the Starting Weapon to its eighth level, which is its maximum stat. The next step is to max out your Clover (Level 5) and Bracer (Level 5) passive items.
