It’s no secret that we love a good space exploration game, and Everspace 2 is serving to fuel our love for everything space related. Since the advent of Destiny and No Man’s Sky, we have enjoyed playing space games as much as we can. In our opinion, there aren’t enough space games on the market that we can enjoy, so Everspace 2, was a breath of fresh air for us. The game provides you with tons of loot that you can collect from planets that you discover, secrets that need to be uncovered, and enemies that need to be eliminated. In the game, you have probably come across a secure container that you cannot open no matter how many times you shoot at it, no matter how many times you aim at it. I will show you how to open the secure container in Everspace 2 in the following steps.
Opening the Secure Container in Everspace 2
As you play a game, there comes a time when you have reached a certain object you can interact with, but you have no idea how to operate it because you have no idea what to do with it. In other words, that’s the secure container that’s causing tons of players to scramble in order to find out what’s inside of it. It is likely that you have tried to shoot it in order to destroy it, but nothing has worked. To open the secure container in Everspace 2, here is what you need to do in order to do it.
There is a secure container located at the Rhaim Gate in the Khait Nebula. Also, there is another secure container that is located in an irradiated ship that has a protective sphere that surrounds it. For you to be able to unlock secure containers around Everspace 2, you need to find an access key in order to gain access to them. In order to find these access keys, you need to farm elites in order to find them. If you use the key close to the secure container, you will be able to hack it with ease. In the event that you do not wish to farm-kill elites, you can always purchase them from traders, either with credit or by exchanging resources for credits.
In Everspace 2, what can be found inside a Secure Container?
A secure container will have plenty of loot that has resources, equipment, blueprints, credits, or ship decals colors that you can use to brighten up your ship. As a looter, you never know what you are going to get when you open these containers, and that makes them one of the highlights of looting. I personally love the idea of getting ship decals or equipment because I love the idea of customizing my characters and ship to fit my own personality. When you are traveling, you will be able to find a few different types of containers, and those are:
- Basic containers (resources)
- Equipment containers (weapons or devices)
- Secure containers (combines containers together such as basic and tech)
- Tech containers (blueprints and ship decals)
- Special tech containers (modified weapons)
