Royal Tools
Obtaining all of the Disney Dreamlight Valley Royal Tools is one of the first quests you must complete. Find Seaweed

They can be dug up nearby or can be found scattered over Frozen Heights. And before you ask, no you can’t throw them at the other villagers.
