Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa Weapon Guide for Beginners

Here’s our guide to the Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa weapon, explaining how it works, especially the unique parry mechanic. In addition, Wild Hearts Wagasas build their damage over time as they are used continuously. With each filling of the weapon gauge, this weapon will become more deadly. Wild Hearts’ Bladed Wagasa guide walks you through its many nuances, including tips, movesets, and more.

Bladed Wagasa Wild Hearts: How to Use It

Its parry power encourages more aggressive combat in the Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa. There is a higher rate of fire with the Wild Hearts weapon than with most other weapons. By using it, you can get up close to your enemies and take advantage of them. With the ability to block any attack, there is no excuse not to stand directly in front of the Kemono. It is tricky to master the parry itself. As you improve, you can fill up the weapon gauge in the lower left corner of the screen. The Wagasa could cause a great deal of damage as a result of this.

Bladed Wagasa Wild Hearts: Moveset and Attacks

Aspiring parasol pioneers can learn the following basic moves with the Wild Hearts Bladed Wagasa.

Square/X: Spindance/sweep attack

Triangle/Y: Lunge attack

R2/RT: Parry (consumes significant stamina)

Using the Wagasa isn’t as simple as it seems – the weapon has a variety of combos that fling players unpredictably around the battlefield – but this is the fundamental principle for using it. The two additional elements must be mastered before you can use it effectively.

Bladed Wagasa Wild Hearts: Parry and Spindance Gauge

The Wagasa’s unique parry ability and the Spindance Gauge are its signature features in Wild Hearts.

Wagasa’s Parry can deflect practically any attack if you aim directly at it and time it correctly (there is a small window and a brief cooldown). You’ll have to learn timing, but it’s an unbeatable defense. In addition, it consumes Stamina like few other techniques – you can only use it three times in succession before needing to recharge.

In three sections above your health bar, there is a gauge for your weapon called the Spindance gauge. Whenever you land damage on an enemy, this gauge will increase, and if you successfully parry an attack, it will increase significantly. To keep it topped up, you’ll need to keep pressing it over time.

When the gauge reaches one of the notches, the Wagasa’s damage will increase (the weapon will glow orange). By filling it to the brim, you’ll give it a serious damage boost, and you can go in more aggressively.

Bladed Wagasa Wild Hearts: Tips and Tricks

The Wagasa keeps both the rain and the hundred-foot Kemono at bay. To make it as powerful as possible, here are some tips.

Practice parry. If you don’t know how to use the Bladed Wagasa with at least two-thirds reliability, it will not perform at its best.

Aggressively play! Your gauge will probably lose all its progress if you back off for more than a few seconds.

Don’t put yourself in danger by getting thrown around by Wagasa’s lunge moves.

As the parry consumes a lot of stamina, have a spring ready in case you burn out and see an attack coming.
