With codes that grant you money, spawn weapons and equipment, and more, these Red Dead Redemption 2 cheats might ease your situation or simply make the game more enjoyable. While GTA 5 hacks may produce a variety of bizarre and fantastic effects, these codes are more limited, only sometimes straying outside of reality to create things like horses, gold, and weapons.
That’s not to suggest that using these Red Dead Redemption 2 cheat codes won’t significantly change the game. You may enlarge your world, open up the West, modify your traits, get rich, acquire weapons, clothing, other items, and more. You don’t even have to find them since we’ve got them listed here for quick and easy use. Thus, for your convenience, here are all the Red Dead Redemption 2 cheat codes.
Where To Find Cheats
In Red Dead Redemption 2, the majority of players have undoubtedly encountered cheat codes without even realizing it. Many are scribbled on ice or engraved on a cupboard in a deserted cottage, discovered at random. Yet, there is one method for getting cheat codes: buying newspapers. Pick up the New Hanover Gazette, Saint-Denis Times, and Blackwater Ledger from the local newspaper vendor in Valentine, Saint-Denis, and Blackwater, respectively. To obtain the greatest experience, you generally want to finish the campaign first. Certain newspapers will only be available after clearing specific story flashpoints, and a lot of cheats are really closed off based on your progress.
The newspapers are inexpensive, and if you’ve previously completed the game, you should have plenty of money, so get every copy that’s available right away. After you’ve finished, simply take a newspaper out of your bag, turn it over, and zoom in to the bottom of the page. If the newspaper includes a cheat code, it will be shown by a small tagline that appears beneath one of the stories and contains a word or phrase. You must enter this word to access the related cheat code.
How To Enter Cheats
Red Dead Redemption 2’s cheat codes can be activated easily. In order to enter the main menu, press Pause. Once there, select Settings and then check the bottom right corner for “Cheats.” To get to that screen, tap Triangle/Y. If you haven’t entered any cheats yet, you’ll probably see a blank list, but don’t worry!
You can enter the words you’ve learned on your travels in a text field by tapping Triangle/Y once more. After doing so, you may touch or toggle the cheat codes to make them active in your game. Beware, using cheats will prevent you from storing or earning Trophies or Achievements. Before experimenting with any codes, we advise manually saving your game after inputting all the ones you desire.
