How to Get to Powerderfall Bluffs in Slime Rancher 2
A secret island called Powderfall Bluffs was added to Slime Rancher 2 in its Song of the Sabers update. There are not many obvious land masses on the map, making it hard to find. The purpose of this was to preserve secrecy and ignite the spirit of discovery. This guide will walk you through the entire process if you simply can’t wait.
Ember Valley has a teleporter that will take you to Powderfall Bluffs. You can start your search by going to Ember Valley and locating the location shown on the map below. In case you have not yet popped the fat crystal, head over there. Have the batty plorts, the tabby plorts, and the boom plorts ready before you begin the activation.
The waterfalls should be visible from where you are standing, and as you are taking in the view of the cave valley, you should see them cascading down the sides. The first thing you need to do is to use your jetpack to fly across the platform where the crystal gordo spawns and fly across the closest one. The cave system you find will be a secret one, so be sure to keep your eyes open.
There are three plort statues that you will find in the cave system which you need to make your way through. To unlock the tunnel below, you’ll need to use the plorts you collected earlier to fill up the statues with the plorts. The teleporter can be found at the top of the snowy outcrop at the end of the path, across the water and up the body of water to the end. You are about to enter Powderfall Bluffs, and as you enter it, you should be prepared for the chill that you will feel!
