As we step back in time with Victoria 3, we step back into the era of transformation between the 18th and 19th centuries. In this game, you are tasked with controlling a country during a certain period of time. Several real-world elements are included in the game, such as politics, demographics, diplomatic agreements, and wars.
There is a simple way to add your own province to the game, even though the game primarily focuses on governing your nation. You probably know that Germany was a vast country that split into several parts, giving birth to other nations. It is possible to build the old Deutschland in the game, however.
How to Form Germany in Victoria 3
As a result of Germany’s possession of countries during the last part of the 18th and early part of the 19th century, we need to control them. This means we need Bohemia, Austria, Saxony, Mecklenburg, and more. There are some requirements you need to match before you can form Germany.
A majority of your existing nation’s population must come from either North or South Germany. You can come from old Germany if you meet this requirement.
Select the ‘Nation Formation’ tab from the Culture menu. A German formation option should be available. A minimum of 19 out of 30 regions must be under your control for it to be formed. They also need Nationalism Technology. Victoria 3 offers 30 German regions for you to control.
