For one reason or another, I always find myself returning to EA’s Need for Speed franchise as someone who enjoys a racing game that balances all of what makes the genre so popular. With its almost-annual release, it’s something unavoidable, and it always hits the sweet spot. With the newly released title, Need for Speed Unbound, EA and developer Criterion Software are finally carving a path to give Need for Speed its own ID. Here’s what we think!
