The Oddworld franchise was one I often saw in stores as a young gamer but feared. The cover art was always very unique, with a few of them reminding me of Mountain Dew for some strange reason. My first experience with these titles was as an adult.
One of the best old games is Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, which strikes a unique combination of puzzle, platformer, and stealth gameplay. When I learned that Oddworld: Soulstorm was coming to Nintendo Switch, I was thrilled. After playing it, I can certainly say it isn’t the best way to experience Abe’s latest adventure.
