Survivor’s March 2023 release date looks more likely than ever thanks to a newly minted, hastily pulled Steam page update.
According to previous rumors, the sequel is “still on track” for March 16, 2023 despite EA’s radio silence. Perhaps the sequel will arrive this year rather than later in 2023.
Even though the Steam page itself is still live, all of the new information was quickly pulled, presumably after somebody got a very angry phone call or email. Gematsu archived the page in a tweet.
While this Steam page has been around for a while, SteamDB records confirm it underwent several major updates this morning, including the addition of an exact release date. Surely no one noticed that this date has now been changed back to “coming soon.”
Additionally, Steam achievements, controller support, and captions were announced. As a new-gen-only console release, the system requirements seem fairly accurate (just like the release date), even though they may change in the future.
According to recent social media activity from EA, an official release date reveal is near. EA confirmed today that a new gameplay trailer will be shown at The Game Awards.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is releasing on March 16, 2023, so these books would be perfect companions.
