A Steam date earlier said Star Wars Jedi: Survivor would be out in March 2023.
Jedi: Survivor should have been announced at the Game Awards. There’ll also be a new trailer for the game. Additionally, the Steam page revealed pre-order bonuses for different versions of the game along with the possible release date. Cal and BD-1 get new looks, new lightsabers, and possibly the most exciting addition: new blaster sets. This time around, Cal will have a gun in his loadout, unlike Jedi: Fallen Order.
I guess we’ll have to wait until the Game Awards for confirmation. The good news is we won’t have to wait long since Thursday is right around the corner. Plus, Geoff Keighley has confirmed that the Game Awards 2022 will be a lot shorter than last year’s show.
Keighley talked about the upcoming ceremony on Twitter Spaces and answered questions about the event. Not only do the Game Awards give out awards, but they also have interviews with developers and trailers for new games. During last year’s main event, the pre-show lasted around 30 minutes. As Geoff said during Spaces, “I won’t say anything official until we’re finished rehearsals, but we think it’s going to be a lot shorter.”
