The Wild Places to Catch Eevee in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Rare Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Eevee can be found Northwest of Medali, West of Cortondo, and even around the Pokemon League. Although they’re pretty rare, even in areas where they spawn, there are two caveats – firstly, they’re really hard to find, and secondly, their level varies depending on where you find them. Here’s where you can find Eevee in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, how to catch it, and even how to evolve it!
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: Where to Find Eevee
If you’re looking to catch your own Scarlet and Violet Eevee, go to any of these locations (shown above):
- Northwest of Medali (approx. lv. 30)
- West of Cortondo (approx. lv. 10)
- Route leading up to the Pokemon League, Northwest of Mesagoza (approx. lv. 7)
Take Note
Due to Eevee’s rarity, players might have to wait a while. Our recommended Pokemon Scarlet and Violet gym leader progression path gets you roughly halfway through the game to the plains to the northwest of Medali (which you’ll reach roughly halfway through the game). Eevee usually spawn on their own rather than in groups, just walk to the edge of town to see the fields full of Pokemon. Typically, they spawn near towns and cities, so if you get too far from Medali, pull back.
If that doesn’t work, you can try flying to a distant town, then flying straight back to spawn an Eevee. Basically, this reloads the area and rerolls Pokemon spawns. It’s also possible to hatch an Eevee. Throughout the game, players can find Eevee’s evolutions, and if their genders are compatible, they can get them to lay an egg. You can take a Vaporeon and a Flareon on a picnic and they’ll lay an egg, from which a baby Eevee will eventually hatch.
