Most people know Minecraft as a peaceful game, with only weapons to fight the evil monsters. Despite that, there’s a real PvP community for Minecraft, and those who want to become the most fearsome warrior. When people think about epic Minecraft PvP, bows and crossbows often get overlooked. But what if I told you the strongest weapon in the game is a ranged weapon? How to make Minecraft’s most powerful weapon.
Minecraft’s Strongest Weapon
Crossbows are decent weapons, but not the most powerful. That’s without these upgrades we’re giving it. Be warned, it won’t be cheap. I call the ‘super-bow’ nine crossbows with a certain set of enchants and components that deal lots of damage quickly. You’ll see why you need nine crossbows. Don’t worry about the arrows. Let’s use fireworks instead. Yes, our ammo will be area-damaging fireworks, but fireworks themselves don’t do much damage.
You’ll need to make firework stars out of gunpowder, dye, and a firecharge, so you can make our powerful fireworks. Put that firework star with three separate gunpowders and some paper in the crafting table. We’ll have an explosive firework that way. You should make at least a stack of those explosive fireworks. It’s now time to enchant the crossbows themselves so they’re viable. Each bow needs multi-shot and quick charge, preferably quick charge III.
Put fireworks in each crossbow and line your inventory with them. With 27 explosive fireworks in your hands, you can hit multiple targets in three seconds. Launch the fireworks by right-clicking a target. Quickly change crossbows between shots. The opponent, or opponents, will be startled, confused, and stunned after your barrage. Make sure you use this to your advantage as you pounce on them, or quickly load another couple super-bows.
