There hasn’t been a release of the Fortnite Dial-A-Drop item listed in Week 7 quests. As it appears in the new quests, we know it exists within the files, but for whatever reason it hasn’t been activated so nobody can find it.
The Dial-A-Drop option is currently unavailable in different matches for those attempting to complete the Fortnite Week 7 quests. Fortnite has been updated with a hotfix to replace the quest with one of the backup challenges (Damage Opponents with Shotguns). This is what we know about Fortnite Dial-A-Drop so far.
The team posted information about the Fortnite Dial-A-Drop item on Twitter. Supply Drops can be called in using this device:

Ship Drop : Contains weapons and materials

Items Drop: Contains health and shield items

Vehicle Drop: Contains a modded Pickup Truck
Choose one of these three crates when you use Fortnite Dial-A-Drop, and it should arrive shortly after you request it. Players will be able to see these drops floating down from the sky, so think about where to place them to avoid becoming a target. The maps of other players will show them, but it’s not known whether other players will see them. We’ll learn more about this item during the battle royale.
