It’s spooky season in Gameloft’s Disney Dreamlight Valley! Along with the new Scar’s Kingdom update are some Halloween and villainous rewards to unlock through the new Villains Star Path and some neat Dreamlight Duties. You can get another reward for the season if you complete the Stockpiling Pumpkins Dreamlight Duty today.
Head to the Dreamlight tab in your main menu to find the Stockpiling Pumpkins Dreamlight Duty. Stockpiling Pumpkins Dreamlight Duty is at the bottom of the village category. I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do with this duty, but it’s not that hard. To complete it, you’ll need to harvest 100 pumpkins.
What’s the best way to get 100 pumpkins? In the Forgotten Lands, you can buy seeds from Goofy’s stall if you’ve made some progress in Dreamlight Valley and unlocked more areas. You can get pumpkin seeds for 275 Star Coins.
Northwestern part of the map is where you’ll find the Forgotten Lands. In order to get to that area, you’ll need to unlock Sunlit Plateau first, since it’s directly connected to it. Since Scar’s Lair is in Sunlit Plateau, this makes sense. You’ll need 15,000 Dreamlight to open the Forgotten Lands.
Once you’ve opened up the Forgotten Lands and bought your Pumpkin seeds, start planting and watering! Pumpkins take a while to grow, so it’ll take a while to get 100 for Dreamlight Duty. As soon as you’re done, head back to the Dreamlight Duties page to claim your reward, a Pumpkin Stack to put in your house!
