To unlock Theater mode, you must complete Story mode successfully.

Upon completing Story mode twice, you will be able to unlock the Command Attack mini-game.
Gold Rush Time Attack
After completing Story mode three times, you will be able to unlock Gold Rush Time Attack.
Tekken Bowling mini-game
The Tekken Bowling mode can be unlocked once the story mode has been completed three times.
Stage 0 in Tekken Dojo mode
To unlock Stage 0, you must complete all six stages in Tekken Dojo mode. Stage 0 allows you to fight against all ghost characters you have downloaded.

Obtain 3,000,000 G by successfully completing the Ranking Tournament in Void Dojo.
Heaven Dojo
Defeat Ranking Tournament and Jinpachi to unlock Heaven Dojo after completing Void Dojo.
Jinpachi’s Ghost
Complete the Void Dojo after defeating Ranking Tournament and Jinpachi to unlock Jinpachi’s Ghost.
Tekken Dojo Gold Rush mode
To unlock Tekken Dojo Gold Rush mode, complete the Wind Dojo.
The PlayStation 2 version of Tekken 5’s opening movie
You will be able to unlock the opening movie of Tekken 5 by completing the Time Attack mode in the game.
Opening movie from the arcade version of Tekken: Dark Resurrection
As a reward for successfully completing Survival mode, the opening movie from Tekken: Dark Resurrection for the arcade can be unlocked.
