Diablo IV: How to Get the Urn of Experience
Diablo IV players have had difficulty getting their hands on the Urn of Experience. There are a number of reasons for this, but perhaps the most important is the fact that it’s not even called the “Urn of Experience.”
In Diablo IV, the item that many players have dubbed “The Urn of Experience” is actually called the Urn of Aggression. Players can benefit from active buffs provided by the Urn of Aggression, one of five new Urns added to the game recently.
When players use the Urn of Aggression, also known as the Urn of Experience, their characters gain XP faster. Despite this, it’s not actually a physical item you can find in the game.
In Diablo IV, the five urns that players can earn (no pun intended) are Blessings that can only be bought with Smoldering Ashes, a material obtained only through the Diablo IV Battle Pass.
The Seasonal Battle Pass requires players to gather Smoldering Ashes in order to gain the XP buffs provided by the Urn of Experience. Activating the Urn will be possible once they’ve collected enough. In addition to activating it, players can also upgrade it with additional Smoldering Ashes to gain stronger buffs.
Diablo IV Battle Pass Urns
Diablo IV’s Urn of Experience is easily one of the most popular Battle Pass features, but it’s not the only one.
In addition to the Urn of Aggression, the Diablo IV Seasonal Battle Pass offers the Urn of Bargaining, the Urn of Reclamation, the Urn of Prolonging, and the Urn of Malignance.
By activating these Urns, players can obtain the following unique buffs:
- Urn of Aggression – “Boost to XP earned from monster kills”.
- Urn of Bargaining – “Boost to the amount of Gold earned from Vendor sales”.
- Urn of Reclamation – “Boost to the chance of rare materials from salvage”.
- Urn of Prolonging – “Boost to the duration of all Elixers”.
- Urn of Malignance – “Boost to the chance of powerful Malignant Heart drops. Hearts drop after completing the campaign”.
Upgrading these Urns by four levels will increase the power of the buffs they provide. The only thing they need to be upgraded is more Smoldering Ashes, which you’ll need to collect anyway in order to activate the Urns.
